Snip Snip

We did it, we gave our baby girl her first hair cut. As you all know, Chloe was born with beautiful brown locks. I couldn't have been more excited to have a baby with hair, especially because I was a bald baby until about 2. However, in only six short months her hair went from being soft and even...

to looking like a horrible mix between a mohawk, mullet, and long side strands like a chinese man (no offense).

No matter what I tried, it just looked crazy and out of control.

So, we decided to save a few bucks and have Riley cut our little sweet peas hair. He's been cutting his own hair for years, so I was ok with letting him do it. I just wanted him to even things out the best he could. I must trust my husband a lot to put our daughter's hair in his hands! :)

All was well until Daddy turned on the buzzer.

Hey! I was rocking that look!

I hope we didn't traumatize our poor little baby for life.

After many tears, our sweet baby girl now looks like a sweet baby boy. It is really short, but I'm hopeful that it will now grow in nice and even and she'll have lush beautiful hair one day; in the mean time, thank goodness for cute little hair bows.

Riley did a great job, it's just gonna take a little getting used to.

I can't stop laughing. You gave your little girl a buzz? Still laughing. Oh man, what if it doesn't grow in long and lush? Sorry, I just think it's funny.:)

I CANNOT WAIT until my daughter's hair is long and full and beautiful. It took forever to get through the awkward mullet thing hair look. It is still really thin, and I swear a third of her hair is her bangs!

And I can't believe you moved to Georgia! That's crazy! It's like I blink and you're gone! :) I hope it's wonderful!!
